Customer Service Manager

Duties
1. supervise customer service handling
2. be in charge of logistics/sotck management
3. be responsible for office management
4. work including registrations and matters involving government agencies

Qualification
1. college diploma (above) holder
2. intermediate English level and knowledge of Chinese a plus
3. at least 4 years of customer service/retail stores/logistics/general affairs management supervising experiences
4. have understanding of local policies and culture

Skill
1. should be a team player and work under pressure
2. must be mature, positive and flexible
3. be capable of communicating and negotiating
