OFFICE ADMIN

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Acts as the personal assistant to the Country Manager.
* Coordinates travel arrangements.
* Maintains company records
* Performs sales admin & support functions which include constant replenishment of sales literatures, maintenance & placement of oders, assistance to Sales Team on quotes & tender submission, maintenance of weekly S&O records, and assistance to Marcom activities for Sales team.
* Responsible for petty cash transactions.
* Performs other general admin support functions like changing of storage tape on server on a weekly basis, ordering of business cards & gifts for customers.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
* Candidate who have relevant administration/secretarial/travel coordinator experience is preferred.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
