Oscar Maritime (OM) Pte Ltd, Indonesia is a well-established Shipping Company providing a one-stop, integrated maritime services that include Dry Bulk Cargo and Ship Brokerage. With headquarters in Singapore, OM has been established in Indonesia since 2004 and has offices throughout Asia and Africa. In line with our expansion plan, we have vacancy


* Coordinate & monitor all incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, and faxes.
* Report all work timely to Chief Representative, other branches and other concerning parties involved.
* Accountable for managing the petty cash and responsible for monitoring and/or reporting the usage accordingly.
* Ensure that all original invoices and other important documents are properly documented.
* Ensure monitor and ensure cost-control in every expenses related to the Company’s well-being and that payments are made in a timely manner.
* To provide monthly expenses report to Chief Representative and other concerning parties involved.
* To liaise with HR department and/or other branches for necessary works.


* English is a must (able to speak Mandarin is a plus point).
* Minimum 1 year experience in administration field.
* Computer literate (MS Office)
* Have a strong commitment, detail-oriented, and strong analytical thinking.
* Must be able to work in team and individually.
* Responsible, honest & trustworthy.
