The Job:
* Support sales department by providing professional administration service.
* Prepare quotation, sales order, and consolidate sales achievement report each month.
* Maintain the general filing system and file correspondence.
Qualification :
* Female, max 28 years old
* Minimum D3 in related major
* Min 2-3 years experience in sales administration / sales support
* Well understand about sales administration process and procedure.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Fluent in English both oral and written.
* Able to operate computers and excellent in using MS Office programs
* Able to work under pressure with high accuracy
* Good knowledge of correspondence, filling and administration
* Well organized, efficient, methodical in documentation and administration job
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong organizing skills and control
