Account Executive

Responsibilities:

* Follow up and contact prospect customer as defined by telesales.
* Update and listed prospective customer.
* Conduct initial meeting with customer.
* Conduct solution meeting and project scooping at customer.
* Prepare proposal and quotation based on final project scooping.
* Proposal presentation and submission to customer.
* Follow up proposal and quotation to customer to get the approval.
* Prepare project agreement coordinated with legal person.
* Project agreement submission to customer before the project start.
* Monitoring project.
* Monitoring A/R (payment from customer).

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree from reputable university
* Minimum 1 year experience in IT Marketing area and good IT literacy.
* Creative mindset and willing to learn (variety of new things).
* Very good internet & computer operation knowledge (Ms. Office, PDF, Email).
* Preferable already have a good sense on business manner.
* Possess good interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
* Able to work in a team and maintain good relation with both internal member and external business partner.
* Willing to work under pressure or (Tough environment).
* English speaking & writing is a must.
* Maximum 30 years old.
