Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop potential customers (business)
* Develop and maintain strong existing customer relations and loyalty through ensuring customer satisfaction
* Respond to customer enquiries/complaints and establish solutions
* Extensive Sales Activities
* Responsible for establishing customer profiles and customer needs for problem solving/solution
Requirements:
* Male/Female
* Minimum S1 in any discipline
* Having 1- 2 experiences in same position from Forwarding Company
* Good command in English (Oral and writing)
* Can speak French fluently is a must
* Computer Literate
* Target oriented, Proactive - self starter person and Able to work independently
* Understand Export/Import regulation is a must
* Good problem solving & communication skill
* Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill
* Having experience in handling sales (commercial) & operation in forwarding Industry
