Responsibilities:
1. To introduce and promote company product, function, activity, promotion, and training to customer or distributor.
2. To assist and handle distributors feedback and request and direct to the relevant personnel according to the type of complaints or requests.
3. Desire to positively influence the buying habits of customer/distributor while meeting their needs with high quality service.
4. Ability to effectively manage call control and to assist customer/distributor in an effective manner.
5. To perform and monitor on daily sales transaction, issue bill in POS and arrange for delivery.
6. To transfer all the cash and credit card transaction to the Account Department according to company procedures.
7. Fully responsible for the Sales Counter operations during business hour or training session.
8. To promote company goodwill and build good rapport with leader and distributor.
9. To familiar company products, marketing plan, promotion and others activities in order to support Customer & Distributor Service.
10. To ensure handling of stock control, goods distribution, inventory to meet company requirements.
11. To in charge and ensure all physical stock have been checked and balanced with the stock records (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly stock cycle count) and prepare inventory report to the superior and related department.
12. To establish and maintain effective store keeping procedures.
13. To support, cooperate, adhere and involve as a team member of cross department/division organize events or needs.
14. To undertake all project tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
* Candidate need to posses a degree in any related field
* Minimum 2 years counter operation experience with (Multi-Level-Marketing) MLM company is preferred
* Good command of English
* Good knowledge of computer operating system
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
